Ian is an FA Tesco Skills coach with the Kent team.
Ian has been involved in coaching for the past 10 years. He started his coaching career with the Umbro Schools Football Initiative and has since worked for Adidas, Manchester United as well as being the director of his own coaching business.
Ian joined The FA Tesco Skills Programme in 2007, and balances working with children and schools in Rochester with his role as manager of Gillingham Ladies in The FA Women’s Premier League.
Ian is a Level 3 qualified coach , and has also completed the FA Youth Award modules one and two.
What’s your proudest moment in football?
“ Being named Kent Coach of the Year in 2010 and getting Gillingham Ladies promoted to The FA Women’s Premier League. ”
